1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all verified SkyPrivate members and all verified models with active SkyPrivate accounts.

All Pay-Per-Minute (PPM) calls made during the campaign period automatically fall under these Terms and Conditions.

No registration, minimum top-up, or voucher is required.

2. Agreement to Terms

By participating in this Campaign (either as a member or as a model), all users acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to:

• These Campaign Terms & Conditions, and

• SkyPrivate’s General Terms & Conditions.

3. Campaign Period

The Cyber Monday campaign is valid for 48 hours, starting on:

December 1, 2025 at 00:00 (UTC+1)
and ending on
December 2, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+1).

All time references follow Central European Time (UTC+1).

4. Campaign Details

For Members

• A site-wide discount of 15% will be applied automatically during the campaign.

• Members will benefit from discounted prices, with rates starting from $0.85/minute, depending on each model’s regular PPM price.

• The discount applies only to PPM calls.

• Prepaid calls are not included and will remain at the model’s standard price.

For Models

• Models will continue to earn based on their full price per minute (their regular PPM rate).
• The model’s payout will be calculated based on the price per minute they have available at the moment of the call.
• SkyPrivate will cover the difference between the model’s full PPM price and the discounted price paid by members.

• Referral bonuses will be calculated based on the model’s full price, not the discounted member price.

• Affiliate commission will be calculated based on the discounted minute price (the amount paid by the member).

General

• The campaign applies site-wide, to all models, all members, and all PPM calls.

• No changes to pricing settings are required from models.

• The “minimum call duration” feature remains enabled and will function normally.

5. Conditions & Limitations

• Only PPM calls made during the campaign hours qualify for the discounted price.

• Prices cannot be paused, extended, or transferred once the campaign ends.

• The discounted prices do not apply retroactively to calls made before the campaign starts or after it ends.

• SkyPrivate reserves the right to remove any participant (member or model) from the campaign if abusive or fraudulent activity is detected.

• SkyPrivate is not responsible for delays or technical issues caused by third-party services (internet providers, messaging platforms, device failures, etc.).

6. Refund Policy

For Members

Refunds for calls made under the discounted rate will be issued based on the amount actually paid by the member, not the model’s regular rate.

SkyPrivate reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• suspected abuse,

• repetitive refund requests, or

• clear violation of platform rules.

For Models

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will follow the original value split:
  – the discounted amount paid by the member, and
  – the remaining difference covered by SkyPrivate.

• A model’s payout will be adjusted proportionally to the refunded call duration based on their full saved price per minute.

7. Payouts, Bonuses & Commissions (Models Only)

• Models will receive their full payout based on their regular saved price per minute.

• Referral bonuses will be calculated using the model’s full price, not the discounted rate.

• Affiliate commission will be calculated based on the discounted per-minute price (what the member pays during the campaign).

• Existing payout bonuses (e.g., 90% payout promotions) continue to apply as usual.

8. Organizer Rights

SkyPrivate.com is the sole organizer of this campaign.
SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time, without prior notice.

Any abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms may result in:

• exclusion from the campaign,

• temporary or permanent account restrictions,

• loss of earned bonuses, or

• further action as deemed necessary.

   Prepaid shows are not included.

6. Can I use the discount for multiple models?
   Yes! The discount applies to all models for the entire campaign duration.

7. Is there a minimum top-up required?
   No. There is no minimum top-up. You only need enough balance to cover your call.

8. Will the minimum call duration apply during the campaign?
   Yes. The “minimum call duration” feature remains active and functions normally.

9. Will models earn less because of the discount?
   No. Models receive their full price per minute.
   SkyPrivate covers the difference between their full rate and the discounted price you pay.

10. What happens after the campaign ends?
    All calls return to the regular price per minute set by each model.

11. What if I request a refund for a discounted call?
    Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid, not the model’s standard rate.
    SkyPrivate may deny refunds in cases of abuse or repeated refund requests.

8. What happens if a member requests a refund?
