The campaign is open to all new SkyPrivate members who create an account starting June 9, 2026 (UTC+1).
Participation is automatic. No manual opt-in is required.
2. Agreement to Terms
By participating in this campaign and benefiting from its rewards, members acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the campaign’s Terms and Conditions and the general Terms and Conditions of SkyPrivate.
Each member can participate using only one account. Creating multiple accounts will lead to disqualification from rewards and may block access to future campaigns.
3. Campaign Details
New members who register during the campaign period and complete 10 pay-per-minute (PPM) calls on SkyPrivate (regardless of the service, be it Teams, Discord, Telegram or SkyPrivate Chat) will receive one free call.
Members will unlock the free call anytime, once they complete 10 PPM calls.
Only PPM calls are eligible for this campaign. Prepaid calls are not eligible and will not be counted toward the 10-call milestone.
The Free Call value will be calculated as the average value of the calls counted towards the reward.
4. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from June 9 to July 9, 2026 (UTC+1).
Only accounts created during this period will be eligible for the campaign.
6. Free Call Reward Details
6.1. Free Call Granting
- Only one free call will be issued per member under this campaign, regardless of any additional calls made after reaching the 10-call milestone.
- Members will receive their free call soon after completing the 10th PPM call on SkyPrivate.
- The free call will be granted as a voucher code and sent by email and/or notification.
- To use the voucher code, members must log in to their SkyPrivate account and redeem the voucher code. After the code is redeemed, the voucher value will be added to the member’s SkyPrivate balance.
6.2. Free Call Value
- The free call value will be calculated based on the average value of the member’s first 10 PPM calls. The formula used to calculate the free call value is: Total value of the member’s first 10 PPM calls / 10 = free call value
Example:
If the total value of a member’s first 10 PPM calls is $500, the free call value will be $50.
- There is no fixed minimum or maximum free call value. The final value depends on the average value of the member’s first 10 PPM calls.
IMPORTANT: If a model has a minimum call duration and the member ends the call before that minimum duration is reached, only the actual call duration will be considered for the campaign calculation. The extra amount charged due to the model’s minimum call duration will not increase the free call value.
6.3. Free Call Usage
- The free call can be used with any model on SkyPrivate.
- The free call value can be combined with the member’s existing wallet balance and used toward future calls.
- The exact duration covered by the free call depends on the model’s per-minute rate chosen by the member.
Example:
If a member receives a $50 voucher code and chooses a model charging $1 per minute, the free call can cover up to 50 minutes. If the member chooses a model charging $2 per minute, the free call can cover up to 25 minutes.
7. Free Call Reward Expiration
Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date they are issued.
Unused vouchers will expire after this period and cannot be reactivated, exchanged, or compensated.
8. Progress Tracking
Members will be able to see their campaign progress in selected areas of their SkyPrivate account.
The progress will be displayed in the following locations:
- Dashboard section of the member account
- Header section in profiles.skyprivate.com
The progress display is intended to help members track how close they are to unlocking the voucher.
Temporary delays, display errors, or synchronization issues may occur. Final eligibility will be determined based on SkyPrivate’s internal records.
9. Non-Transferability
The voucher code is unique to each user and can be used only one time.
The voucher code has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be used as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
10. Refund Policy
If a member requests a refund for a call that contributed to the 10-call milestone, SkyPrivate reserves the right to recalculate the member’s eligibility and/or revoke the reward.
If a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal occurs after the voucher has been issued, SkyPrivate reserves the right to cancel the voucher, deduct the voucher value from the member’s balance, or restrict access to future promotions.
If a member requests a refund for a transaction where they used a voucher, the member is not entitled to receive a cash refund for the voucher value.
SkyPrivate reserves the right to deny refunds if there is any suspicion of fraud, repeated refund requests, abuse, or campaign manipulation.
11. Fraud & Abuse Policy
SkyPrivate reserves the right to disqualify any member suspected of abusing or manipulating the campaign.
Abusive behavior may include, but is not limited to:
- creating multiple accounts;
- using duplicate, fake, or connected accounts;
- generating artificial calls;
- coordinating activity to manipulate the voucher value;
- attempting to inflate the average value of the first 10 calls;
- making calls with the intention of requesting refunds later;
- using fraudulent payment methods;
- violating SkyPrivate’s general Terms and Conditions.
Any detected abuse may result in reward cancellation, account review, restriction from future promotions, suspension, or account closure.
Refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or incomplete calls will not be counted toward the 10-call milestone.
SkyPrivate reserves the right to exclude any call from the campaign calculation if there is any suspicion of abuse, fraud, refund manipulation, or artificial activity.
12. Organizer Rights
The sole organizer of this campaign is SkyPrivate.com.
SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, suspend the campaign, extend the campaign, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
SkyPrivate also reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying calls, voucher value, reward distribution, and suspected abuse.
Any abuse of the campaign terms may result in removal from the campaign and further action.
