3. How do I activate my voucher?

1. 1. Sign in to your SkyPrivate account.
   2. Go to Promote ➤ Vouchers (left side menu).\
   3. Enter your voucher code in the “Code” field and click Activate.

4. When does the voucher expire?

Your voucher must be used by May 10, 2025 (23:59 UTC+1). After this date, it will expire.

5. Can I transfer or sell my vouchers?

• No, vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be used according to the Terms & Conditions of the campaign.

6. Can I request a refund if I’ve used a reward voucher?

• If you request a refund for a transaction where a voucher was used, no refund will be issued. SkyPrivate also reserves the right to deny refunds if there’s any suspicion of fraud, including repeated refund requests. In such cases, your account may be reviewed, and you could lose access to future campaigns.

7. Are there any restrictions on who can participate in the campaign?

Yes. Only verified SkyPrivate members who had at least one private call (prepaid or PPM) between January 1 and April 30, 2025 are eligible to receive and use a voucher. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for any additional restrictions.

Only these members are eligible to redeem the voucher.

Vouchers are intended to be used for pay-per-minute private calls on the Teams App.

2. Agreement to Terms

By participating in this campaign and benefiting from its rewards, members acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the campaign’s Terms and Conditions and the general Terms and Conditions of SkyPrivate.

Each member can participate using only one account. Creating multiple accounts will lead to disqualification from rewards and may block access to future campaigns.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from May 5 to May 10, 2025 (UTC+1).

Vouchers can only be redeemed and used during this period.

4. Campaign Details

A limited number of $5 and $10 vouchers have been generated for this campaign.

Eligible members will receive a $5 voucher code that can be used for PPM calls on Teams.

VIP members will receive a $10 voucher code.

5. Voucher Conditions

• Vouchers can be used only for PPM sessions on Teams.

• Sessions on Discord, Telegram, or Teams prepaid sessions are not eligible.

• Voucher value will be added to the member’s SkyPrivate balance after redemption.

• The exact number of minutes the voucher provides depends on the model’s per-minute rate.

6. Redemption & Expiration

• Vouchers can be redeemed and used between May 5 and May 10, 2025.

• Unused vouchers will expire after May 10, 2025 (23:59 UTC+1) and cannot be reissued.

• Vouchers must be redeemed using the code received via email, in-account notification, or chatbot.

8. Non-Transferability

Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

9. Refund Policy

If a Member requests a refund for a transaction where he used a voucher, he is not entitled to any refund.

SkyPrivate reserves the right to deny refunds if there is any suspicion of fraud, such as repeated refund requests. In such cases, accounts may be reviewed, and access to future campaigns may be restricted.

10. Organizer Rights

The sole organizer of this campaign is SkyPrivate.com. SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

Any abuse of the campaign terms, such as attempts to exploit the system, may result in removal from the campaign and further action.
